Join us biweekly on Thursdays for meditation and community led by Julia. The practice is Nature-centered and rooted in mindfulness (Vipassana) meditation.

Research hows that Vipassana meditation decreases anxiety, depression, stress and increases creativity, resiliency, insight and compassion for self and others.

Open to all levels. Begin, deepen, and expand your practice in the safe environment of others.
