Julieann Brams

Julieann Brams, MA, LMFT is an Earth-centered psychotherapist, author, meditation practitioner/teacher and ANFT certified Forest Therapy guide.

She is the author of The Nature Embedded Mind, a Gold Nautilus Award-winning book that invites reimagining mental health through ecological belonging.

For over three decades Julie has worked at the intersection of psychotherapy, mindfulness, ecopsychology, systems thinking and contemplative practice. Her work explores how healing expands when we experience ourselves as Nature.

Through elemental, she offers Earth-centered experiences that help people reconnect with their bodies, one another, and the rest of Nature.

She has presented her work at universities, public health conferences, and spiritual communities across the country.

She is dedicated to social change and environmental sustainability through re-establishing our intimate connectedness with the rest of Nature.

Julia de’Caneva

Julia de’Caneva, CMT-P, is a writer and Holistic Health Coach exploring the intersection of life, death, cancer, and everything in between. She believes deeply in the necessity of reconnecting to Nature, and thereby ourselves, as the path to find true wellness and reestablish reciprocity with Earth.

Julia’s training experience includes a Health Coaching Certification through IIN, Gallup-Certified Strengths Coaching, 200HR vinyasa yoga teacher, 30HR yin yoga teacher, UCLA Mindful (then MARC) Training in Mindfulness Facilitation, Yoga Nidra Facilitation, reiki levels I + II, Going With Grace Death Doula, and a Metabolic Approach to Cancer Certified Terrain Advocate.

She loves to weave these modalities together with her deep knowledge of behavioral psychology, and drawing on her time as a professional home + digital organizer, as well as her BFA in graphic design. Together it creates a recipe for shedding modern constructs and finding true ease, slow living, and safe connection to Earth and others.

At elemental, Julia helps shape the texture of the experience, bringing warmth, groundedness, somatic wisdom and a deep respect for life’s thresholds. Her presence supports slowing down, listening inward and finding gentler ways of being with oneself and our Earth.
