Our Meditation & Community Nights are Nature-centered and rooted in Vipassana practice (mindfulness).

These gatherings offer a steady space to pause, listen inward, and reconnect with yourself, one another, and the rest of Nature.

Open to all levels, these Thursday evening classes are led by Julieann and are designed to support presence, nervous system settling, and a felt sense of belonging.

Whether you are beginning, deepening, or returning to practice, you are welcome here.
